Mildred Louise Blas, as representative of the estate of John Blas, on her own behalf, and as guardian for Marvin Bojra, appeals the district courts sua sponte dismissal of her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with a court order. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §Â§ 1291, 1294(4), and we affirm.
